By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date, so please keep in mind that if the product was damaged by delivery, open it up and send us the proof right away, then contact us as soon as possible for return (not refund).

We only deal with product issues within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds under all circumstances — we will resend a new replacement product instead. Refunds are only available for severely damaged or defective products.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3–5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel Order

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after the order is delivered, following our standard return policy.

Chargebacks

To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we kindly request that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you first contact our support team to resolve any issues or initiate a return within the scope of our 30-night trial period.

Please note: If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or attempts to resolve the issue directly with our support team, the option for a return or refund, including the 30-night trial, will no longer be applicable. By initiating a chargeback/dispute without contacting us, the refund and return process is considered invalidated.
